About the Opportunity

Join us as a Regional Sales Growth Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong business acumen and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for growing our presence in the German education market by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the German education market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with German distributors and partners to increase sales revenue.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven sales management experience within the German or European education markets or similar sectors.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to after-sales service.

Package:

  • Competitive basic salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
  • Uncapped commission.
  • Car allowance.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • 20 days holiday increasing to 25 after 3 years' service.
