General Sales Manager Vacancy - Ashford

Ashford is a town in the county of Kent, located in Southeast England. We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Sales Manager for our clients' main dealer site in this area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Sales Manager to join a superb dealer group, a strong brand, working in a busy, state-of-the-art site. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in both new and used car sales, with at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade.

The successful General Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the department through processes and training the team to work in a professional manner. They will ensure the team offers strong customer service, maximizing sales while promoting a strong profit per unit, and working closely with the finance team to secure the best deal for the customer.

Responsibilities include controlling the used car stock to ensure you have the right vehicles for your market area and ensuring all online adverts comply with company and manufacturer guidelines.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 + bonus OTE £65,000 and a great working environment with a strong senior management team. All applications will be 100% confidential, and we will only discuss the client upon receiving a copy of your CV.
