">Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Train and motivate the Sales Executive team to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales management and excellent leadership skills.

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the motor trade.
  • Good understanding of both new and used vehicle sales.
  • Experience running a large sales team, preferably with success.
  • Fully qualified UK driver's license.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 + bonus OTE £65,000 and opportunities for career growth within a prestigious dealer group.
