About the Role
As a Care Team Leader at Care UK's Ayton House in West Sussex, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift to deliver high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop services and ensure that residents receive the best possible care. This is an excellent opportunity to join a luxury, purpose-built home with fantastic facilities, including a coffee shop, hair salon, cinema room, and landscaped gardens.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising your shift to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create effective care plans
- Administering and recording medication as required
- Conducting risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
- Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs and promote independence

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others effectively
- Strong organizational and IT skills, with the ability to allocate and delegate tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
