Care Team Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Team Leader. This role offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth, working in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
About the RoleAs a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities- Supervise and lead your team to deliver high-quality care and services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. You will need to be a strategic thinker, able to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
You will have a strong understanding of care principles, policies, and procedures, with experience in residential care settings preferred but not essential. A relevant qualification in social care or a related field would be beneficial, but we welcome applications from those with transferable skills and experience.
What We OfferAs a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
