Oakland Care is looking for a caring and empathetic Day Care Assistant to join our team in Littlehampton. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.
The role involves working a three-night shift per week, from 08:00 to 20:00, following a varied rota with alternate weekends. You will assist residents to participate in activities of daily living, facilitate and participate in resident activities, and promote effective communication within the team.
We offer a comprehensive salary package, including competitive hourly rates based on experience. Our benefits package includes enhanced rates of pay for working weekends, Bank Holidays, and overtime, as well as a range of other perks.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Assist residents to participate in activities of daily living in accordance with care plans
- Act as a key worker to residents as agreed with your line manager
