About the Role
Care UK's Ayton House in West Sussex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise your shift to deliver exceptional care to our residents
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop services and improve resident outcomes
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure resident safety and well-being
- Work closely with care assistants to provide holistic care and support

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior care role
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and improving resident outcomes
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Proficient in using technology to support care delivery and administration
