Senior Health Care Professional

Care UK is a multi-award winning care provider seeking a dedicated Senior Health Care Professional to join our team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents. As a Senior Health Care Professional, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents, and working closely with the leadership team to develop services.
About the Role
- Lead and supervise your shift to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Case manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver effective care plans
- Administer and record medication, conduct risk assessments, and work alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop services and provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as Wagestream, Bank Holiday Pay Enhancements, career development opportunities, and wellbeing support.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable
- Be well-organised, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others
- A good understanding of care planning processes
- Experience in administering medication or willingness to undertake training
