About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. This rewarding role involves providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring they enjoy each day to the fullest.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital part in helping residents maintain their independence and dignity. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, supporting mealtimes, and helping identify unique goals for personalized care plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help people and possess excellent communication skills. You will work collaboratively with our team to create a motivating and homely environment where residents can thrive.
In return, you can look forward to a competitive salary of £14.06-£15.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes Wagestream, Bank Holiday Pay Enhancements, and access to our approved apprenticeship scheme.
