Job SummaryWe are seeking a Nursing Team Coordinator to join our team at Darlington Court. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care activities and supporting our care staff in delivering high-quality care.
We offer an estimated salary of £29,000 - £39,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent training and opportunities for development.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating care activities and ensuring timely delivery of care
- Supporting care staff with daily living tasks
- Assisting with medication administration
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
