About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Team Lead to join our team at Ayton House in West Sussex. As a Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supervising shifts, case managing residents, administering medication, and developing services.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have NVQ Level 3 in health and social care, the ability to lead and supervise others, IT literacy, and experience in care planning processes.
