About the RoleWe are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with 'J', a young woman who has recently moved into her own purpose-built flat and requires support with daily living tasks. Your role will involve assisting 'J' with personal care, mobility, and other activities that promote her independence and well-being.
'J' has a brain injury and mobilizes using a wheelchair, so some specialist training will be required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this rewarding role.
