About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Job Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Supporting individuals with dementia and other complex conditions
- Working collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Providing emotional support and companionship to individuals and their families

Requirements
