About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our Wandsworth Service team. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality recovery care to individuals at various stages of their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Conduct assessments and create personalized recovery plans, ensuring clients receive the necessary support and resources.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to recovery care.
  • Provide education and support to clients, promoting healthy behaviors and coping strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a health, social care, or related setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and group work principles.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
