About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our Wandsworth Service. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality recovery care to individuals struggling with substance misuse and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with clients to develop and implement personalized recovery plans
  • Provide one-to-one support and group work sessions to promote recovery and well-being
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Experience working in a health, social care, or related setting
  • Knowledge of delivering evidence-based interventions and group work
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Resilience under pressure and excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable using IT and digital media
