Learning Disability Clinical Lead

- Assess and plan care for clients with complex needs, including challenging behavior, epilepsy, and mental health problems.
- Participate in and develop nursing practice, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to relevant legislation and good practice.
- Chair meetings to lead a team and provide clinical supervision to colleagues.
- Deliver training to other staff, service users, and carers, promoting knowledge and skills development.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to the values and principles of Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, including the '6 Cs' of Communication, Competence, Courage, Care, Compassion, and Commitment.
