Clinical Support Team Members

East Cheshire NHS Trust is looking for skilled Clinical Support Workers to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual programmes of care for patients, under the direction of a registered nurse.
This role requires the ability to undertake delegated clinical care duties, including personal care duties, recording patient observations, and documentation of patient care. The postholder will also participate in a 24-hour shift pattern and possible rotation between wards.
The estimated salary for this position is £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. A DBS check is required for this role.
