Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking a talented Research Associate to join our Patient-Centered Outcomes (PCO) team at Adelphi Values. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs).
**About the Team**: Our PCO team is renowned for its expertise in selecting, developing, validating, and using PROs and COAs. We work closely with pharmaceutical companies to inform healthcare decisions and improve patient outcomes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the development and validation of COAs
- Conducting literature reviews and analyzing data
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement COAs in clinical trials
**Requirements**:
- Relevant degree (health psychology, psychology, sociology, or life sciences)
- Strong research skills, including literature review and qualitative/quantitative analysis
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail
