The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Leadership Role holder to join our team, responsible for leading on Environmental Health and Safety initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive forward-thinking strategies to enhance our operations and make a real impact. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective safety protocols, fostering a culture of environmental awareness and compliance, and minimising the environmental impact of our company operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Environmental Management System (14001)
- Monitor and review Health and Safety policies, ensuring compliance with ISO standards
- Drive forward-thinking initiatives to embed a culture of safe working and environmental conscience
- Manage statutory reporting to comply with relevant regulations
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to laws and regulations

Salary and Benefits
This role comes with an estimated salary of £43,000 - £46,000 per annum, plus benefits including annual leave starting at 23 days, rising to 25 days within 2 years with service, life insurance cover, and a company pension scheme.
