Job Title: Lead Sustainability Manager

Keltbray Infrastructure Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead on the implementation of our Infrastructure Sustainability Strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sustainability initiatives across various projects and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in implementing strategies and communicating targets to stakeholders. A strong understanding of project management principles, management systems, and relevant legislation is essential for this role. You will also possess excellent listening and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence others and drive positive change.

With a passion for sustainability, you will be committed to promoting a learning culture and facilitating continual improvement within the organization. You will also be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of relevant management systems and ensuring policies and procedures are understood relative to your role.
