Nurse Leadership Role in Renal Dialysis:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to take on a nurse leadership role within our renal dialysis unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational management and ensuring that our dialysis services meet the highest standards.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week, with various shifts between Monday and Saturday. We offer a competitive salary up to £40,055 and a range of benefits including a company pension scheme, life assurance, and holiday entitlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide operational management and leadership to ensure efficient delivery of dialysis services
  2. Allocate resources effectively to maximize patient care and outcomes
  3. Oversee the training and development of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care
  4. Play a key role in delivering care plans for individual patients

Requirements:

  • A 1st or 2nd level nurse registered with the NMC
  • Either formal renal nursing qualification or substantial haemodialysis experience
  • Experience of managing others, counselling patients, and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission
