Renal Care Service Coordinator - Haemodialysis Unit

We are seeking an experienced NMC Registered Renal Trained Nurse to join our dialysis team as Deputy Clinic Manager. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the operational management of our 18 haemodialysis stations, ensuring that we provide patient-led care and exceptional service.

Your duties will include allocating resources effectively, overseeing staff training and development, and delivering care plans for individual patients. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to achieve high-quality care standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a 1st or 2nd level nurse registration with the NMC and either formal renal nursing qualification or substantial haemodialysis experience. You should also have experience of managing others, counselling patients, and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,055 per annum, depending on location. Benefits include:
