Nurse Operations Manager

As a Nurse Operations Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Renal Dialysis Unit in Crewe. This full-time position involves overseeing the management of staff and resources, allocating tasks effectively, and contributing to delivering patient-led care plans.
We are seeking an NMC-registered renal trained nurse with substantial haemodialysis experience or a formal renal nursing qualification. Your skill set should also include expertise in managing others, counselling patients, and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission.
