Job Title: Maternity Theatre Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner to manage our Maternity Theatres team. As a Maternity Theatre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maternity theatre team, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are met.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, experience in maternity scrub theatre, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient utilisation of resources and staff members to provide a quality service.

Salary: £55,041 - £80,378 per annum

  • Estimated salary range based on location: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Respond to complaints and assist in their resolution within the Trust's complaints handling framework.
