Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Opera House in London.
This part-time position involves providing exceptional customer service to patrons, processing ticketing requests, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing environment and be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing patron inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Processing ticket sales and refunds
- Maintaining accurate records of patron interactions
In addition to excellent customer service skills, the ideal candidate will also have:
- Solid experience in a customer-facing environment
- Experience with databases and Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel)
- A working knowledge of CRM systems or ability to learn
