Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Opera House in London.

This part-time position involves providing exceptional customer service to patrons, processing ticketing requests, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing environment and be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing patron inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Processing ticket sales and refunds
  • Maintaining accurate records of patron interactions

In addition to excellent customer service skills, the ideal candidate will also have:

  • Solid experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Experience with databases and Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel)
  • A working knowledge of CRM systems or ability to learn
