**Job Description**:
Sysco International have a fantastic opportunity for a **Front of House / Facilities Coordinator** to join the Facilities Team in our London HQ, located in Covent Garden. This is a full-time role working on site Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 32 hours per week.

As a FOH / Facilities Coordinator you can expect to be the first point of contact for any on-site requests or issues that may arise, whilst using your experience and knowledge to resolve them promptly. Each day will offer a range of variety including, coordinating the health and safety for associates and visitors, co-ordinating and monitoring all building maintenance requests and supporting with the catering of on-site events, to name a few. This role is integral to ensure a smooth and compliant daily running of the office areas, whilst providing an outstanding and warming welcome to all associates and visitors. Expect to be working closely with associates across the international business to enhance their onsite experience and offer support where required.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Keep an ongoing relationship with both Sysco & Capco facilities teams, logging all small works requests.
- Manage and co-ordinate the arrival of customers, visitors, and associates as well as manage telephone calls and meeting room bookings.
- Support key stakeholders with customer, visitor, and associate events.
- Co-ordinate and keep up to date with all building maintenance related contracts, as well as raising purchase orders for respective works.
- Be the first point of contact for any concerns about health, safety, fire or building related issues.
- Complete weekly environmental, and health & safety checks
- Stationary orders and keep an inventory of what is currently in stock.
- Manage food & drink supplies, for associates and events.
- Daily use of the franking machine, manage the post and make sure that the reception area is free from packages, informing whoever the mail is addressed to.
- Carry out admin duties to support the site.
