We are looking for a confident, well-organised, and personable individual to join our team as a receptionist. In this role, you will work closely with our manager to ensure the smooth operation of our salon while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that delights our clients.

**Working Pattern**

Our salon operates 7 days a week, and this role will always include working on Saturdays.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Reception**: Provide every client with a warm and authentic TONI&GUY welcome, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they enter the salon.

**Front of House Management**: Maintain an impeccably organized and beautiful Front of House environment, reflecting the high standards of our brand.

**Team Support**: Assist salon staff with various tasks, such as providing refreshments or shampooing clients when needed.

**Inventory Management**: Take charge of stock orders, ensuring that salon supplies are well-stocked for seamless operations.

**Staff Scheduling**: Manage staff rota schedules to ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet client needs.

**Desired Qualifications**

**Experience**:Previous experience in customer-facing and administrative roles is a plus, bringing valuable skills in interacting with clients and managing salon operations.

**Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal abilities to create positive connections with clients, staff, and management, contributing to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

**Organizational Skills**: An organizational flair to keep the Front of House area tidy and visually appealing, ensuring a pleasant experience for our valued clients.

**Flexibility**: A helpful attitude to assist the salon team with various tasks, supporting staff, attending to client needs, and maintaining a cooperative work environment.
