A Leading Accounting Firm Seeks Experienced HR Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations, manage the HR team, lead key HR projects, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive forward HR initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Lead day-to-day HR processes, including employee relations, absence management, and policy updates.
- Project Leadership: Manage key HR projects, including acquisitions, TUPE processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Reporting & Strategy: Deliver HR metrics to the Board, manage job evaluations and salary benchmarking, and ensure compliance with employment law.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, finance, and operations to ensure HR practices align with business objectives.

Benefits:
Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
