This role is responsible for providing in-person HR support to managers, regionally or contract-based, as well as designing and delivering training initiatives to improve people management capability.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person HR support to managers, regionally or contract-based.
- Design and deliver training initiatives to improve people management capability.
- Support Senior HR Business Partners with HR projects, colleague engagement, and complex ER/people matters.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing and delivering HR training.
- Experience creating skills gap analysis and designing/delivering training initiatives.
- Stakeholder management experience, working with managers at all levels.
- Recognised Coaching Qualification.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:30pm
Travel: Regular travel to London and Ipswich offices
