Adult Care Team Lead Opportunity

Baltimore Consulting Limited seeks a seasoned Team Manager for their Adult Mental Health team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established service with a strong vision for growth.
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of a multidisciplinary team of social care professionals. Key duties include overseeing services, creating cost-efficient packages of care, and providing effective management oversight to junior managers.
You will have a good understanding of the Care Act and MCA, as well as experience managing teams within adult social care. An AMHP, Social worker, or Occupational Therapist background is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be able to provide a site presence on a weekly basis.
This role offers a salary of £325-375 per day, with an initial commitment of 3 months. You will work in a hybrid environment and be based in the Southwest region. This position is classified as Inside IR35.
