Purosearch Ltd is a leading provider of health and social care services. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the role of Adult's Service Leader, responsible for providing strategic direction and operational management of our service.

Salary:
£33,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
The Adult's Service Leader will oversee the administration, care, and people management functions of the service. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, maintaining operational standards, and supporting staff development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the service.
  • Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • SUPPORT the development of staff through training and coaching.

Requirements:
A minimum of Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care is required for this role. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success as an Adult's Service Leader.
