We are looking for a Vulnerable Adult Liaison Officer to join our team at Homegroup. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the health and safety of our buildings, as well as providing support to our vulnerable customers.

About the Role:

  • This is a permanent, full-time (33 hours per week) and part-time (22 hours per week) role.
  • The salary is £12 per hour, equating to £23,464 per annum pro rata, plus great benefits.

Job Summary:

You will be the first point of contact for our customers when our wider team or their own support network are not available. You will be expected to work independently, using technology to monitor CCTV, update customer records, and complete online learning.
