About the Role

We are seeking a part-time sales negotiator to join our friendly team. Previous estate agency sales experience is preferred but not essential. As a Part Time Estate Sales Liaison, you will support and assist the Underhill Sales Team.

  • Update and maintain client and property databases.
  • Perform general office administration tasks.
  • Canvass the local area for potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets.

To be successful in this role, you must have a full UK driving license and own vehicle.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of £45 per hour, with opportunities for commission pay, employee discounts, on-site parking, referral programs, and a company pension scheme.

Please note that weekend availability and a willingness to cover staff holidays are required for this role.
