Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Exeter region as a Sales Advisor, based at our Dawlish View Sales Office in Devon.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to potential homeowners
- Showing properties and explaining the features and benefits of each home
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and reporting back to management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of the local housing market and sales trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
