We are seeking a highly skilled Reward & Compensation Manager to join our team at Network HR. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement total reward strategies that align with business goals and objectives
- Design and administer executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentives
- Manage flexible benefits programs, retirement savings plans, and health and wellness initiatives
- Conduct benchmarking analyses and derive actionable insights to inform reward strategy decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in total reward management, executive compensation, and benefits administration
- Strong grasp of financial principles and analytical techniques
- Experience in managing executive compensation programs and designing long-term incentive plans
