About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live In Carer Assistant to join our team at Cardea Healthcare. As a Live In Carer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities and/or those nearing the end of their life in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming\
  • Encourage participation in activities that promote social inclusion and independence\
  • Administer medication as required\
  • Promote and ensure privacy and dignity at all times\
  • Work effectively within a team to provide comprehensive care and support\
  • Undertake other duties as required by the client's needs and circumstances\

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • \
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in care work\
  • A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle (ideal)\
  • An up-to-date DBS check\
  • The ability to travel to various locations\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • A caring and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable adults\

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
