About the Role

The Care Assistant will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care services to our clients in Bracknell. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults.

Duties:
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
  • Administering medication and monitoring clients' health conditions.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Health and Social Care or a related field.
  • Previous experience in care giving or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
