About Our Role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Care Assistant to join our dedicated team providing care services to our clients in Bracknell and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, maintaining accurate records of client care and progress, and communicating effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their homes

Requirements:

  • Female driver with a valid UK driving license (client preference)
  • Experience in caring for vulnerable adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:
