Care Team Manager

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Team Leader in the Bracknell area.
The Role:- Lead and supervise your shift with confidence and expertise, providing exceptional care to residents.
- Collaborate with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to create and deliver comprehensive care plans.
- Administer and record medication accurately and efficiently, prioritizing resident safety.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure a safe environment for residents.
- Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs and promote independence, fostering a positive living experience.
- Partner with the leadership team to develop and improve services, driving quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach to every interaction, building strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
- Manage workload and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of care planning processes and regulations, staying current with industry developments.

Your Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desired), demonstrating a strong foundation in care principles.
