About the Role

We are recruiting for a Senior Social Worker to lead our Adult Community Team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in adult social care, including assessing and managing complex cases, and will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and managing a team of Social Workers to deliver high-quality care services
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet individual needs and preferences
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

You will also be responsible for supervising and appraising staff, participating in multidisciplinary forums, and contributing to the development of the team's knowledge and skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000-£60,000, depending on experience.
