Adult Social Care is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join their Long Term FS team in Bracknell Forest Council. This role involves supporting vulnerable adults, children, and families through challenging life circumstances.

Job Requirements
  • A strong understanding of child protection procedures and experience working with children and families in need.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, service users, and other stakeholders.
  • An Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS will be required.

We offer a referral bonus – up to £250* per person placed and are an APSCo Standard agency committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the vulnerable.

Our estimated salary range is between £38,000 - £48,000 based on industry standards and local market rates. Successful applicants will have a degree in social work or a related field and must be fully registered with Remedy for all locum positions.

This role requires empathy, patience, and strong analytical skills for complex casework. You will be part of a supportive team providing services to individuals and families within the community.
