Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR specialist to join our team at Global Banking School. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering HR programs, policies, and initiatives that meet the needs of our faculty, staff, and students.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to align with the overall HR strategy and organisational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to faculty, staff, and students on HR-related matters, including employee onboarding, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Identify training and development needs on campus and design training programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance of employees and students.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
