Ideally, you'll have experience delivering in a hybrid environment using cloud technologies, and proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools. Professional services experience is crucial, and experience in complex business environments is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must, as are strong influencing and persuasion abilities. You should be adaptable, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong planning and organisational skills.
