We are looking for a Recruitment and Employee Experience Specialist to join our team at the Elizabeth School of London's Birmingham campus. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, dedicated to delivering high-quality programmes and widening access to higher education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the culture of ESL is developed and embedded into campus life. They will work closely with the HR Manager and other teams to deliver HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, and talent management.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. Benefits include annual leave, workplace pension scheme, company sick policy, statutory sick pay, and career development opportunities.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Working with line managers and employees to provide guidance on HR-related matters
  • Liaising with the recruitment team to direct and participate in the interview process
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with staff to achieve high levels of trust, respect, and professionalism

You will also be expected to demonstrate your commitment to ESL's Social, Economic, and Environmental responsibilities and contribute to the delivery of ESL's Environmental Policy.

This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility and initiative. If you have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or related and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
