Job Title: Global Distribution Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Distribution Sales Director to lead our distribution network and drive revenue growth through our distributor sales channel. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing global distribution teams, with a strong background in mechanical engineering products and a solid technical and industrial background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global distribution strategy to drive revenue growth and improve distribution performance
  • Manage and develop the internal sales and customer service teams to ensure excellent service levels and meet business objectives
  • Work closely with the global sales team to enhance distribution performance and achieve growth targets
  • Appoint new distributors and manage existing distribution agreements, including KPIs and pricing policies
  • Develop and implement a CRM system to improve sales and customer service processes
  • Attend global exhibitions and market events to promote our products and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing and PR team to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive business efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing and managing global distribution teams
  • Strong background in mechanical engineering products and a solid technical and industrial background
  • Excellent commercial skills and experience in sales and distribution
  • Ability to collaborate, make decisions, and accurately forecast
  • Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Effective communicator, comfortable with dealing with customers and colleagues
