Regional Sales Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at ASC Connections. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for increasing market share in the area, developing the reputation and company brand values, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales of brand new machinery across various forms of manufacturing industry
* Gathering market and customer information to analyse customer's needs
* Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations
* Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
* Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base
* Increasing business opportunities
* Developing strategies, forecasts, and pipelines of business
* Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events
* Collecting customer feedback and market research
* Project management on all orders from inquiry through to final delivery and aftercare
Requirements:
* Experience in a technical sales role is essential, selling machinery to the plastics manufacturing industry
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to travel regularly
