Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Specialty Chemicals for Coatings, Adhesives & Construction

We are a leading independent distributor of chemicals based in the UK, offering a wide range of products from major chemical companies. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the sales of specialty chemicals, including resins and additives, to manufacturers in the UK. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue, gross margin, and the number of trading customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and expand our sales of specialty chemicals
* Manage relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
* Collaborate with our technical team to provide expert advice and support to customers
* Travel within the UK and occasionally internationally for training and trade shows

Requirements:

* Science degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering
* Proven experience in technical sales or purchasing
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Good level of IT literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Full UK driving license required
