A Key Player in Our Guest Experience

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our professional Hotel Reception team during busy periods. As a key player in our guest experience, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive a warm and welcoming service throughout their stay.

From the moment a guest arrives at the hotel to the time they depart, you will be an important part of their experience. Your actions will determine the level of satisfaction they have with their stay, and you will play a crucial role in providing internal departments with the information they need to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming arrival guests and ensuring a smooth check-in process
  • Handling guest enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Posting charges and guest billing in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assisting with rooming and ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay
  • Producing daily activity reports for internal departments
  • Upselling facilities and rooms to maximize revenue
  • Organizing porter service as needed
  • Balancing the shift and completing end-of-day procedures

Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and 37.5 hours per week
  • Excellent standard of personal appearance and communication skills
  • Warm and friendly disposition, with a genuine desire to serve our guests
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with accurate data entry and computer skills
