Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our team at Arora Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Associate or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
