About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and passionate Front Desk Associate to join our team at our Gatwick hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as responding to emails and making phone calls, as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be flexible with regards to working hours.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using hotel software systems.
